About this Winery

Faire La Fête, meaning “to throw a party,” embodies the celebratory spirit. This French sparkler is made in the traditional method in Limoux, the birthplace of sparkling wine. The grapes are hand-picked from vineyards surrounding the 42 villages of Limoux, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the cooler sub-zones in the foothills of the Pyrenees and Chenin Blanc from the warmer Mediterranean sub-zone. The wine spends 15-18 months aging on the lees before being disgorged, resulting in a prominent yet delicate mousse.
